Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kako tijelo radi (the "Service"), available at https://tiktok.orthexa.com and operated by Orthexa ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

Kako tijelo radi is a web tool that lets you log in with your TikTok account and publish videos you choose directly to that account. The Service uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Your TikTok account

You log in through TikTok's official authorization page and choose which permissions to grant. You can disconnect at any time by logging out of the Service or by removing Kako tijelo radi under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions in TikTok. You remain bound by TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you post. You are solely responsible for them and confirm that you have every right needed to publish them, including rights to any music. Before each post you choose the audience, interaction settings and any commercial content disclosure. By posting you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, its Branded Content Policy. We never post anything without your explicit action.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to spam, or to interfere with the Service or TikTok. We may suspend access if you do.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". TikTok may limit posting (for example daily post caps), and we cannot guarantee that any video will be published. We may change or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orthexa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, data or account access, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
